Our Programs

Train, grow, and thrive with Port Fidelis. Our year-round youth and masters programs offer opportunities for rowers of all ages and experience levels, from beginner Learn-to-Row and Novice programs to advanced teams focused on competition and continuous skill development.

Middle School

Beginning at age 12, boys and girls are introduced to the sport of rowing in a fun and supportive environment where they learn basic rowing technique, water safety, and the importance of teamwork. This program provides a strong foundation in the fundamentals of rowing while building confidence, friendships, and a lifelong appreciation for the sport.

Masters Rowing

Experience both recreational and competitive rowing through our Masters Program, where we honor the traditions of the sport while striving for excellence on and off the water. Open to adults ages 18 and older, this program welcomes rowers of all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Whether your goal is fitness, camaraderie, or competition, our supportive community offers opportunities to learn, improve, and enjoy the lifelong sport of rowing.

High School

Our High School Program is designed for dedicated athletes who are committed to improving their skills and reaching their full potential. Through hard work, structured training, and teamwork, athletes have the opportunity to compete at the regional and national levels. While some members join with prior rowing experience through middle school or other programs, no previous experience is required. We welcome motivated athletes who are willing to learn, work hard, and contribute to a supportive and driven team environment.

Learn to Row

An introduction to the sport of rowing, this program gives athletes the opportunity to get on the water and learn the fundamentals of rowing. Participants will be introduced to basic technique, boat handling, water safety, and teamwork in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.
